Aoibhe is a Solicitor with the Firm specialising in defence insurance litigation. She advises Irish and UK Insurers, Underwriters, self-insured companies and public bodies on coverage issues and liability claims. Aoibhe advises on product liability, public liability, employer liability, defamation, assault, property damage and subrogation actions.

Having worked as Legal Counsel in the Legal Department of Dunnes Stores for almost ten years, Aoibhe has a vast experience in commercial disputes and commercial litigation in addition to extensive experience defending and managing personal injury actions involving the company in Ireland, England, Scotland and Spain.

Aoibhe’s extensive experience includes handling large and complex insurance claims across a range of industries, and, high volume claims management.
